Licensed Social Worker – LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment via technology to enhance access to compassionate, high-quality care.

• Deliver care to patients throughout their lifespan.

• Complete roughly 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to guide treatment.

• Create treatment plans.

• Perform comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Employ telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Engage in the application questionnaire and recruiter process if selected.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure required.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home space to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance is necessary.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Capable of treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in partnering with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Must be comfortable completing 30 client care hours weekly.

• Experienced in working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders.

• Experienced in treating patients with chronic severe mental illnesses.

• Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week, is required.
