Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Administer mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Offer care to patients insured by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Deliver care via telehealth software, video communication, and internal messaging tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A work-from-home setup that ensures patient safety and complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal messaging tools.

• Experience in partnering with clients to meet their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.

• Ability to complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week.
