Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Offer compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions and thorough assessments.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their personal goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Adhere to patient safety, HIPAA, background, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and meet HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a benefit.

• Compliance with background and regulatory standards.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Capacity to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly, seeing roughly 6 clients each day.

• Experience with patients diagnosed with substance use and addiction disorders.

• Background in working with chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Full-time experience in one-on-one psychotherapy, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours each week.
