Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide empathetic mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Perform psychotherapy and conduct client evaluations.

• Create and implement treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Offer support to patients facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

• Maintain approximately 30 client care hours weekly.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Engage in the application and recruitment screening process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree along with appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is preferred, and fluency in additional languages is a bonus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Competence in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Capability to maintain 30 client care hours weekly (around 6 clients per day).

• Experience supporting patients with substance use and addiction disorders.

• Experience with individuals diagnosed with chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Full-time psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours weekly.

• Current licensure, such as LSW, LMSW, LPC, or an equivalent associate/intern license.
