Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care.

• Offer mental health treatment to patients throughout their lifespan.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare patients.

• Complete around 30 client-care hours each week.

• Manage an average of six clients daily.

• Utilize comprehensive assessments to create treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to assist them in achieving their goals.

• Conduct care using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Engage in the application process through a follow-up questionnaire and recruiter conversation if both parties find it suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home space to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Competence in treatment planning.

• Comfort in utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in partnering with clients to reach their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Active clinical licensure such as LSW, LMSW, LPC, or equivalent.

• Capacity to complete 30 client-care hours weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Experience with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders.

• Experience working with chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week.
