Licensed Service Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide service to current and potential policyholders through phone, email, and SMS communication.

• Oversee renewals and pinpoint accounts that are at risk.

• Offer competitive solutions to sustain coverage and minimize churn.

• Quote and secure additional coverage lines or enhanced renewal alternatives utilizing various carrier platforms.

• Analyze and interpret policies, endorsements, and reports.

• Make well-informed, compliant decisions that safeguard both customers and the agency.

• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations teams.

• Utilize CRM tools, comparative raters, and carrier portals for Progressive, Geico, National General, Safeco, and Bristol West.

• Employ automation and data to enhance workflows and performance metrics.

• Available to work Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday, with at least one closing shift each week.

• Provide customer service support during operating hours of 9 AM-9 PM ET on weekdays and 9 AM-6 PM ET on weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance within a service, retention, or sales support capacity.

• Actively possess a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in a minimum of 10 states.

• Demonstrated success in preventing cancellations, rewriting business, and cross-selling additional products.

• Strong, clear, and empathetic communication abilities.

• Highly skilled in navigating multiple carrier systems and CRMs.

• Capable of interpreting data to enhance outcomes.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Able to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes swiftly to achieve goals.

• Available to work one weekend day per week.

• Able to work at least one closing shift weekly, from 12 PM to 9 PM ET.

• Must successfully complete background and compliance checks mandated by state licensing boards and individual carriers.
