This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls, addressing account inquiries, claims, and general questions.

• Collect customer information, evaluate and fulfill their needs, while educating them about relevant products and services.

• Resolve customer issues in accordance with one-call-resolution guidelines and/or escalation procedures.

• Achieve or surpass performance metrics set by the company and clients.

• Balance company policies with client benefits in decision-making processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements that positively affect both clients and customers.

• Document and compile customer information as required after each call.

• Respond to pet parent emails in a proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding manner.

• Listen to pet parents, comprehend their concerns, and take prompt action to resolve any issues.

• Accept and adapt to changes in the business landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a property and casualty license in your state of residence.

• Must be open to releasing property and casualty appointments; no need to release Health or Life appointments.

• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

• Availability to work on weekends.

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

• A dedicated workspace at home is required.

• Wired Ethernet connection with a minimum of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds; wireless connections are not permitted.

• Must have hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic.

• Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not permitted.

• Must provide your own headset.

• Must provide one 21” monitor; Everise will supply the second monitor.

• Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with pet parents.

• Flexible scheduling for weekends, evenings, potential holidays, and occasional overtime.

• Must meet attendance and reliability standards.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

• High integrity and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated passion for excellence in caring for and serving pet parents.

• Must be a team-oriented individual.
