Licensed Professional Counselor, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Offer compassionate and high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Serve as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider while collaborating with commercial health plans.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Dedicated work-from-home space ensuring patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in partnering with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Fully licensed to practice independently in at least one state.

• Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Experience working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as required.
