Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Maintain 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Possibly assist patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Fill out a brief questionnaire post-application and move forward with a senior recruiter if there's a suitable match.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure required.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Spanish proficiency is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to reach their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent licensure, such as LPC or an equivalent clinical credential.

• Willing to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
