Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide empathetic, high-caliber mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and serve as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider.

• Complete around 30 hours of client care weekly.

• Manage an average of 6 clients daily.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools during your work hours.

• Work alongside clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Formulate treatment plans.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience with treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Availability to commit to 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging 6 clients each day.

• Experience working with patients facing chronic severe mental health issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
