Licensed Professional Counselor, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient mental health services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy for patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Address mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create and implement treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication applications.

• Maintain around 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Execute clinical documentation in real-time during patient interactions.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with diagnosing mental health and/or substance abuse conditions.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to reach their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure in a relevant state credential (e.g., LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC).

• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as required.

• Willingness and capability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy, including to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Comfortable managing approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically 6–8 patients per day.

• Comfortable completing clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.

• Able to adhere to a fixed Monday–Friday work schedule.
