Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health care to patients of all ages, including adolescents between the ages of 13 and 17.

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions.

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create treatment plans and employ comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Maintain approximately 30 hours of patient interaction per week, usually seeing 6 to 8 patients daily.

• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient appointments.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Work with patients insured by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A designated work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to implement comprehensive assessments.

• Active independent clinical licensure in a relevant state.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.

• Readiness and capability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy, including to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Capacity to manage approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically engaging with 6–8 patients per day.

• Ability to finalize clinical documentation concurrently during patient interactions.

• Commitment to a fixed Monday through Friday schedule.
