Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools to deliver care.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Offer therapy to adolescents aged 13–17 as part of the standard caseload.

• Maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours each week, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient interactions.

• Review applications and engage in the recruitment process as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness and ability to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient sessions.
