Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Offer mental health care to clients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Provide approximately 30 hours of patient-facing care per week, typically meeting with 6–8 patients daily.

• Complete clinical documentation during patient interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Fulfillment of background checks and regulatory standards.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to reach their objectives.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Commitment to approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently with patient sessions.
