This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver board-mandated clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.
• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
• Supervise based on professional discretion and board regulations.
• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians through the licensure process.
• Partner with associates to enhance their clinical skills.
• Offer constructive feedback that fosters clinician development.
• Aid in the documentation and compliance requirements related to Medicaid work.
• Active LPC license in good standing in Arizona, with board authorization to provide clinical supervision.
• Master’s degree in Counseling.
• Demonstrated history of guiding associates to achieve full licensure.
• Maintain malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid regulations.
• Experience with EHR systems and various digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Own a computer and have a reliable internet connection for confidential virtual sessions.
• Proficiency in English.
• Spanish language skills preferred; additional languages are advantageous.
• Extensive clinical experience and strong diagnostic acumen.
• Capability to provide constructive developmental feedback to associates.
• Comfort in assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements.
• Flexible supervision framework; supervise from any location on a schedule you determine.
• Receive a monthly payment for each associate you supervise.
• Experience professional satisfaction by aiding in clinician licensure and enhancing access to Medicaid mental healthcare.
• Engage in remote telehealth work.
