Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth platform

• Offer mental health treatment to patients of all ages

• Diagnose conditions related to mental health and/or substance abuse

• Create individualized treatment plans

• Conduct thorough assessments

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly

• Manage approximately 6 clients daily

• Facilitate increased access to care as Brave Health expands into new markets

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and relevant licensure

• Eligibility to work in the United States

• Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship or renewal

• A private workspace at home for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Must meet background and regulatory standards

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses

• Skills in treatment planning

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives

• Capability to utilize comprehensive assessments

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows

• Ability to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly (approximately 6 clients per day)

• Experience working with patients diagnosed with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder

• Current independent professional counseling/clinical licensure, including LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPCC
