Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist (LMHC, LMFT) – Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment for patients of all ages.

• Complete around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Diagnose conditions related to mental health and/or substance abuse.

• Create effective treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communications, and internal communication tools.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private home office space that meets patient safety and HIPAA guidelines.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to reach their objectives.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Possession of independent/full licensure in a state.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness to secure additional state licenses as required.
