Licensed Master's Social Worker – Fee for Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth sessions for clients located in Connecticut

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health services

• Work with a diverse clientele, including couples and children

• Perform intakes and diagnoses in line with the current DSM-5 under the supervision of a licensed professional

• Establish a complete caseload within 90 days post-credentialing

• Maintain availability seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in monthly case discussions

• Collaborate within a network of licensed providers in a clinical community

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Masters Social Worker by the board

• Seeking independent licensure and residing in Connecticut

• Graduate of a recognized 60-credit hour program

• Required experience in a counseling environment treating depression and anxiety at the graduate or post-graduate level

• Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing using the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor

• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with a commitment of 30 hours per week

• Willingness to work with a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Committed to assisting clients in achieving measurable progress

• Proficient in telehealth and EHR technology

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
