Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision mandated by the board to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Supervise based on professional judgment and board stipulations.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians as they achieve licensure.

• Facilitate access to mental health care for Medicaid beneficiaries.

• Collaborate with associates as they enhance their clinical competencies.

• Offer constructive feedback that fosters clinician development.

• Aid associates in navigating Medicaid documentation and compliance tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LMSW license in good standing in Michigan, with board authorization to provide clinical supervision.

• Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Demonstrated success in assisting associates towards full licensure.

• Personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup.

• Personal computer and dependable internet connection for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficient in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience with strong diagnostic judgment.

• Team-oriented approach in working collaboratively with associates.

• Ability to provide developmental feedback effectively.

• Comfort in assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
