Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient mental health services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Complete around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging 6 clients each day.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Perform thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Deliver care to individuals with mental health issues, substance abuse, addiction, and chronic severe mental illnesses.

• Engage in the application process questionnaire and discussions with recruiters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure required.

• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable navigating telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Availability for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday is mandatory.

• Must be at ease with completing 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders.

• Background in treating patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Experience in providing full-time one-on-one psychotherapy, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours weekly.
