Licensed Land Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Affix stamps and seals on mortgage, boundary, and topographic surveys for title companies and real estate attorneys.

• Conduct quality assurance and review of survey deliverables created by drafters prior to client submission.

• Engage with clients regarding turnaround times, inquiries about project scope, and any issues related to deliverables.

• Manage project workflow from the receipt of field data to the final sealed document.

• Identify compliance issues and ensure that all work adheres to Florida Chapter 472 regulations.

• Collaborate with field crews and drafters to address any gaps or discrepancies in data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Florida PLS license is mandatory — no exceptions.

• Proven experience in handling a high volume of mortgage surveys.

• Familiarity with FAR/BAR standards and expectations of title agents.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under production pressure while maintaining compliance standards.

• Comfortable managing direct communication via client calls and email threads.

• Must be a Florida resident (or willing to relocate) — Florida-based candidates only.

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred in the application process.
