
Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Interact with active insurance seekers through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and various other channels in a remote call center setting.
β’ Leverage insurance knowledge to identify customer requirements, recognize coverage deficiencies, and propose customized Allstate solutions.
β’ Transform warm leads into clients using an effective consultative sales approach, without the need for cold calling.
β’ Propel sales growth while ensuring an outstanding customer-first experience.
β’ Manage inbound and outbound customer communications as the main method of customer engagement.
β’ Maintain availability during scheduled work hours to fulfill call volume and service standards, particularly during the initial 90 days.
β’ Conduct consultative sales discussions and finalize transactions during real-time customer engagements.
β’ Comply with assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, according to business coverage requirements.
β’ Achieve set productivity, quality, and performance benchmarks.
β’ Operate multiple computer systems concurrently while actively interacting with customers.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a focus on sales.
β’ Preferred: Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence.
β’ If unlicensed, willingness to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with support from Allstate.
β’ Must acquire and maintain all resident and non-resident Producer licenses required to sell insurance products in specified states.
β’ Required to relinquish all non-Allstate insurance carrier appointments and cannot hold active appointments with other carriers during employment.
β’ High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ Must have reliable high-speed internet with a wired Ethernet connection.
β’ Internet speed must meet a minimum of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
β’ Must have a dedicated, private workspace at home free from distractions.
β’ Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends.
β’ Open to receiving feedback and performance coaching.
β’ Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities are essential.
β’ Competitive, self-motivated, and enjoys rewards based on performance.
β’ Capable of working independently and holding oneself accountable.
β’ Must be able to navigate multiple computer systems at once.
β’ Must reside in an eligible US location; this position is not available to residents of Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington.
β’ Candidates in areas where the local minimum wage exceeds the base pay are not eligible.
