Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding, consultative insurance sales experiences.

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Inform customers about opportunities for savings and identify coverage gaps.

• Simplify complex policy details to create clear and understandable options.

• Design customized policy packages in collaboration with over 55 carrier partners.

• Complete the process of finalizing and binding insurance coverage.

• Address customer concerns and hesitation with empathy.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team.

• Contribute to the enhancement of Jerry’s app and insurance services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

• A genuine sense of empathy, warmth, and strong active listening abilities.

• A passion for assisting individuals.

• Capability to handle competing priorities while upholding high service standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Expected to acquire a P&C license within 2 weeks of starting.

• Must currently live in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• P&C license application question is part of the application process.
