Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – BPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with potential clients.

• Cultivate a welcoming environment to discuss Aetna’s Medicare offerings.

• Provide clear explanations of Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes.

• Ensure that clients feel knowledgeable and assured in their decisions.

• Comprehend each client's individual needs and deliver customized solutions.

• Build trust and rapport with clients through an engaging personality and collaborative approach.

• Monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up.

• Keep precise records of client communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven outbound sales experience within the Medicare sector.

• A genuine passion for assisting others and dedication to outstanding customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information in a clear and effective manner.

• Ability to establish rapport with clients, recognize their needs, and offer customized solutions.

• Familiarity with Medicare products, services, and industry trends, with a commitment to staying informed.

• Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment and various CRM software platforms.

• Self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed and achieve high performance.

• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting while maintaining attention to detail.

• Flexibility to modify strategies based on client requirements and feedback.

• Valid Resident State Health Insurance is required.

• Up-to-date Continuing Education (CEs) is mandatory.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Preferred: 1 year of sales experience.

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in Medicare Advantage.

• Preferred: 1 year of outbound dialing experience.
