Licensed Healthcare Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with current Medicare members, emphasizing retention, education, and problem resolution.

• Assist members in navigating their coverage options and subsequent steps without employing high-pressure tactics.

• Achieve performance targets related to call quality, member engagement, retention metrics, and adherence to schedules.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with your supervisor and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

• Complete training from Monday to Friday and shift to an assigned production schedule during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

• Follow a production schedule that requires working at least one weekend day each week.

• Operate in a seasonal capacity throughout AEP/OEP, with the possibility of extended opportunities based on client demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare is necessary.

• Proficient in working with multiple software systems.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP.

• Home office setup must comply with remote work standards.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer skills and technological proficiency are essential.

• Experience in telesales or contact centers is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-based outreach is advantageous.
