Licensed Healthcare Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with current Medicare members, concentrating on retention, education, and resolving issues.

• Assist members in navigating their coverage options and next steps without employing high-pressure tactics.

• Achieve performance standards related to call quality, member engagement, retention metrics, and adherence to schedules.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with the supervisor and the team.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

• Complete training sessions from Monday to Friday.

• Adhere to the assigned production schedule beginning October 1, which includes working at least one weekend day each week during AEP.

• Provide support to members through service-oriented, consultative conversations.

• Assist members in understanding their coverage, addressing concerns, and staying engaged and informed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Health or Health & Life license.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Proficient in using multiple software systems.

• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach.

• Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP.

• Home office setup that complies with remote work requirements.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer skills and technological knowledge.

• Preferred experience in telesales or contact centers.

• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-based outreach is preferred.
