Licensed Healthcare Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with current Medicare members, focusing on retention, education, and resolving issues.

• Assist members in navigating coverage options and the subsequent steps without employing high-pressure strategies.

• Achieve performance goals related to call quality, member engagement, retention metrics, and adherence to schedule.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with your supervisor and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

• Complete training sessions from Monday to Friday.

• Transition to a designated production schedule once the AEP begins on October 1, which includes working at least one weekend day each week.

• Work seasonally during the AEP/OEP periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health or Health & Life license.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms.

• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

• Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during the AEP period.

• Home office setup that complies with remote work standards.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer proficiency and technological knowledge.

• Experience in telesales or contact centers is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-driven outreach is a plus.
