This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls aimed at promoting Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from various carriers.

• Offer client assistance and expert advice throughout the policy writing and renewal phases.

• Prepare and deliver policy and coverage alternatives along with relevant information to clients.

• Keep client records updated in the client management database.

• Resolve client issues related to claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid resident Health Insurance License.

• Current AHIP Certification for the year.

• Completion of Carrier Certifications and Contracts.

• Sufficient equipment to facilitate remote work.

• Strong computer skills.

• Solid background in sales.

• Ability to communicate effectively via virtual platforms.

• Adhere to State and CMS regulations.
