Licensed Healthcare Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with potential ACA members, concentrating on sales, education, and enrollment.

• Assist individuals in navigating plan options and benefits, guiding them in selecting and enrolling in coverage.

• Achieve performance benchmarks related to sales targets, call quality, conversion rates, and adherence to schedule.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with supervisors and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

• Complete training sessions Monday through Friday before moving to the designated production schedule.

• Adhere to a production schedule that includes at least one weekend day each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health or Health & Life license.

• At least 1 year of experience with ACA.

• Proficient in using multiple software systems.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on service.

• Availability to work a schedule that includes a weekend day during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP).

• Home office setup that fulfills remote work requirements.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer proficiency and technical knowledge.

• Preferred experience in telesales or contact centers.
