Licensed Health Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls to evaluate eligibility, clarify plan options, provide quotes, and finalize enrollments.

• Make outbound calls during idle times, including D-SNP Medicaid referrals, CSNP retention outreach, and contacting dependents who require individual plans.

• Adhere to CMS, AHIP, and internal compliance standards.

• Redirect misrouted calls and assist ineligible callers in accessing the right resources.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, aiding both prospective and current members in selecting suitable plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health Insurance License.

• AHIP certification (or must be eligible to obtain it).

• Experience in health insurance sales, particularly in Medicare/D-SNP.

• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Teams.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-centric approach.

• Virginia license is required.

• Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday during September, 8am–6pm EST.

• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday from October through March, 8am–8pm EST.

• Required to work 2 weekends each month during the October–March period.
