Sales Associate, Business Insurance Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to producers with clerical and administrative tasks, such as post-event correspondence, application processing, information gathering, and special projects.

• Advocate for producers’ interests in communications with clients, carrier representatives, and colleagues.

• Keep CRM records and updates current.

• Assist in the preparation of applications and collection of payments.

• Acknowledge requests from producers and offer status updates.

• Utilize phone system features, including warm transfers, conference calls, and simultaneous call management.

• Enter and monitor endorsement requests and customer service inquiries.

• Acquire knowledge of Business Insurance Lines processes and departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Property & Casualty license or the capability to obtain one within 90 days.

• Have over 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.

• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize a high volume of unpredictable and time-sensitive requests.
