This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Engage directly with customers to implement business impact strategies while performing loss control and/or claims responsibilities.
β’ Provide guidance to customers on enhancing their risk profile utilizing independent judgment.
β’ Assist in notifying insurance carriers and third-party administrators about new losses.
β’ Aid Claim Advocates with documentation, correspondence, file management, data entry, and materials for claim reviews.
β’ Collect, organize, validate, and standardize claims and risk management data from various sources.
β’ Contribute to the development, testing, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of client dashboards, risk financing analyses, reports, presentations, and analytical processes.
β’ Support the Loss Control team with document management and data entry tasks.
β’ Work collaboratively with account teams and cross-functional departments including Claims, Loss Control, Analytics, and account management to advance client risk management initiatives.
β’ Fundamental understanding of construction projects/builder risk.
β’ Required to learn OSHA regulations for general industry, loss control βbest practices,β and workers compensation programs.
β’ Knowledge of or interest in commercial lines insurance, claims, loss control, and risk management.
β’ Capacity to learn and apply insurance terminology, basic claims and risk financing concepts, and coverage structures.
β’ Ability to convert data and analytical results into clear and concise business insights.
β’ Competence in handling large datasets and executing basic data analysis, reconciliation, and quality control tasks.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across Claims, Loss Control, Analytics, and account management teams.
β’ Experience with or interest in Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
β’ Preferred familiarity with fundamental data concepts, including structured datasets, tables, relationships, and unique identifiers.
β’ Familiarity with Power Query, data transformation, or similar ETL tools is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
β’ Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and recurring deadlines.
β’ Proactive attitude and ability to work independently without close supervision.
β’ Capability to make decisions both with and without established guidelines.
β’ Ability to offer technical support to customers, brokers, and underwriters.
