Insurance Sales Agent – UT/AZ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Represent and promote AAA membership and insurance offerings

• Actively propose AAA products and services to drive new sales

• Perform insurance assessments to identify appropriate products and coverage options

• Utilize provided resources and underwriting standards to evaluate risk, recommend products, issue quotes, bind, and finalize policies

• Surpass member expectations in a structured, goal-focused sales setting

• Deliver a sales experience that strengthens affinity for the AAA brand while boosting member satisfaction and loyalty

• Pursue new insurance sales through both inbound and outbound calls, marketing initiatives, and cross-selling/up-selling to current members

• Provide Property & Casualty insurance solutions to AAA members

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Arizona or Utah

• Must currently hold, or be capable of obtaining active and unrestricted state-issued insurance license(s) within 30 days of hire

• A high school diploma or GED is required

• Strong multitasking capabilities and computer proficiency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

• Ability to connect directly to an ISP via Ethernet; no DSL, satellite, or hotspot connections

• Minimum internet requirements of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload

• Flexible scheduling; the call center operates from 8 AM to 10 PM Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM on weekends, and is open during holidays

• Successful completion of a background check covering criminal history, education, and employment
