This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute business impact strategies directly with clients while performing loss control and/or claims responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to clients on enhancing their risk profiles utilizing independent judgment.
• Assist in the reporting of new losses to insurance providers and third-party administrators.
• Aid Claim Advocates with claim documentation, correspondence, file management, data entry, and claim review materials.
• Gather, organize, verify, and standardize claims and risk management data from various sources.
• Contribute to the development, testing, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of client dashboards, risk financing analyses, reports, presentations, and analytical processes.
• Support the Loss Control team with document management and data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with account teams, Claims, Loss Control, Analytics, and account management teams to enhance client risk management programs.
• Practical understanding of construction projects and builder risk.
• Acquire knowledge of OSHA regulations for general industry, loss control best practices, and workers' compensation programs.
• Familiarity with or interest in commercial lines insurance, claims, loss control, and risk management.
• Capability to learn and apply insurance terminology, foundational claims and risk financing concepts, and coverage structures.
• Proficiency in translating data and analytical insights into clear and concise business recommendations.
• Ability to manage large datasets and conduct basic data analysis, reconciliation, and quality control tasks.
• Skill in collaborating across Claims, Loss Control, Analytics, and account management teams.
• Experience with or interest in Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of basic data concepts, including structured datasets, tables, relationships, and unique identifiers (preferred).
• Familiarity with Power Query, data transformation, or similar ETL tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple assignments and meet recurring deadlines.
• Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Capability to make decisions with and without established guidelines.
• Ability to offer technical assistance to customers, brokers, and underwriters.
