Licensed Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically necessary.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive client care.

• Assist clients in connecting with community resources and support services as required.

• Engage in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Illinois license is mandatory (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• Prior experience delivering direct clinical services in a mental health or behavioral health environment.

• Proficient in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clinical documentation.

• Capability to manage a caseload independently while fostering effective collaboration with a team.

• An empathetic, client-centered approach with a dedication to cultural competence.
