This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee, guide, and assess hourly clinical personnel
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels for the designated program area
• Act as a subject matter authority in program knowledge and child/adolescent behavioral health evaluation methods
• Guarantee that the team fulfills contractual obligations, individual SLAs, and associated requirements
• Recognize opportunities for operational enhancements and efficiencies in contract management and shared services
• Supervise team operations and compliance with policies, procedures, and workflows
• Convey policies, practices, and procedures while facilitating their implementation
• Offer guidance, direction, coaching, consultation, and performance evaluations to staff
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings as necessary
• Assess quality, productivity, timeliness, and adherence to contract obligations
• Perform clinical reviews and provide feedback to ensure assessment quality and uniformity
• Assist in operational improvement initiatives and process standardization
• Collaborate with state partners, internal leadership, quality, training, and operational teams
• Aid in corrective action planning, quality initiatives, and staff development activities
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline
• Active independent clinical licensure as a LICSW, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent independently practicing behavioral health clinician
• Must successfully obtain and uphold the necessary New Hampshire licensure, credentialing, and program approvals
• At least two (2) years of supervisory, leadership, clinical, behavioral health, or relevant experience
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience directly working with children, adolescents, youth, and/or families
• Experience in utilizing, reviewing, or supervising CANS assessments or similar behavioral health assessment tools
• Proven experience in coaching staff and managing performance
• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting
