Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health support to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare patients.

• Complete 30 client care hours weekly, serving around six clients each day.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Potentially secure additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship currently or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home environment ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully licensed in the relevant state.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
