Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Offer mental health treatment to a diverse patient demographic across all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software, video calls, and internal communication platforms throughout the day.

• Diagnose and manage mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Maintain a caseload of 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Work with individuals who may experience chronic severe mental health issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new regions by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace at home that ensures patient safety and complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Must possess full and independent licensure in the relevant state.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
