Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate and high-quality mental health care utilizing technology.

• Offer care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Diagnose or address mental health and substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools throughout the day.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Assist in expanding into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or another applicable independent clinical license.

• Unrestricted right to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace at home that meets patient safety and HIPAA compliance standards.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Comfortable with completing 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
