Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative

• Provide mental health care to individuals of all ages

• Offer services to patients utilizing commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare

• Maintain approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals

• Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance use disorders

• Employ telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new regions by acquiring necessary state licenses as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

• Dedicated workspace at home with privacy to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance

• Proficiency in English

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in other languages is an advantage

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses

• Experience in treatment planning

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments

• Capable of completing 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary
