This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy for adult clients aged 18 and above.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a caseload of 7–20 ongoing therapy sessions each week.

• Employ data-driven techniques to evaluate treatment efficacy and modify approaches based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients as needed.

• Ensure progress notes and documentation adhere to HIPAA and state regulations.

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Eager and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states; costs covered by the employer.

• Available for 8–24 hours per week, dedicating 85% of that time to client sessions.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).

• At least six months of experience in teletherapy.

• Skilled in clinical assessments such as the PHQ-9.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Available for 7–10 session hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

• Must be available for at least 1 hour per week during normal business hours for the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.

• Documentation must be completed, signed, and locked in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
