Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Michigan Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapy independently within a supported care framework

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate effectively with care teams

• Utilize telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools

• Ensure continuity of care

• Function as a full-time clinician in partnership with community health organizations to enhance access to behavioral health services

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license; must possess an active and unrestricted license in Michigan

• Over 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in community mental health, integrated care, or similar environments

• Ability to provide therapy independently within a supported care model

• Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Excellent, professional communication and collaboration skills with care teams

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
