Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Offer board-mandated clinical oversight to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community

• Supervise based on professional judgment and board regulations

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians through the licensure process

• Aid associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LCSW license in good standing in Colorado, with board endorsement to provide clinical supervision

• Master’s degree in Social Work

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to full licensure

• Own malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines

• Experience with EHR systems and various digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with a personal computer and reliable internet for private virtual sessions

• Proficiency in English

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

• Extensive clinical experience and strong diagnostic judgment

• Collaborative mindset when working with associates

• Ability to provide constructive developmental feedback

• Comfort in assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance
