Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and serve patients covered by Medicaid and Medicare.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging about 6 clients daily.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day.

• Create treatment plans and perform thorough assessments.

• Work alongside clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A designated work-from-home space ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Background in partnering with clients to reach their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to secure additional state licenses as required.
