Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare to offer care.

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses, treatment planning, comprehensive assessments, and goal-setting for clients.

• Administer patient care using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

• Engage in the application process, which includes a post-application questionnaire and a discussion with a recruiter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience partnering with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to implement comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully licensed in the relevant state(s).
