Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Offer mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Identify mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private work-from-home environment that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Currently licensed independently and fully in the relevant state.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
