Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Provide mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and cater to Medicaid and Medicare patients.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Employ telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new regions by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without any employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home environment with privacy to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Openness to completing 30 client care hours weekly.

• Experience with patients facing chronic severe mental health issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state.

• Willingness to secure additional state licenses as required.
