Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans while serving Medicaid and Medicare patients.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Work alongside clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools for care delivery.

• Maintain a caseload of 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Engage in the application process, which includes completing a post-application questionnaire and collaborating with a senior recruiter if deemed suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Dedicated private workspace at home for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnostics.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in working with clients to help them meet their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Background in treating patients with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness and capability to complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
