Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate and top-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Offer care to individuals with chronic severe mental illness.

• Maintain a caseload of 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding to new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Background in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as required.
