Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide compassionate and top-quality mental health care.

• Cater to patients of all age groups.

• Conduct around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Diagnose conditions related to mental health and/or substance abuse.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their objectives.

• Employ telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Complete application and renewal procedures for additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and valid licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to utilize comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Fully licensed in at least one state without restrictions.

• Willingness to maintain 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Experience with patients dealing with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
